The internal oil pressure is greater than the air pressure, and the turbocharger will leak oil and work effectively. In this case, even if you change more turbochargers, you can not solve the problem. Therefore, timely replacement of the air filter is the most basic requirement for vehicle maintenance.
2. Insufficient oil supply or lagging oil supply
(1) When the oil pressure and flow are insufficient, the following problems will occur: insufficient lubricating oil to supply the journal and thrust bearing, insufficient lubricating oil to keep the rotor journal and bearing journal floating, and lubricating oil has not been supplied to the bearing when the turbocharger is running at high speed.
(2) When the engine load increases, the oil supply to the supercharger bearing must also increase. When the engine is high load and the supercharger speed is high, even a few seconds of insufficient oil supply to the supercharger bearing will cause bearing damage.
(3) The oil level is too low. When the car is driving on a complex road (up and down ramps), if the oil level is too low or the oil pump inhales air, it will cause the oil pressure to decrease,and even if it is serious for a short time (a few seconds), it can cause the supercharger to be damaged due to lack of lubricating oil.
3.There is a problem with the engine. The turbocharger works on the exhaust gas discharged by the engine. Insufficient engine output, excessive crankcase pressure, valve damage, oil seal leakage and other reasons will affect the engine.
