2. Ensure that the lubricating oil inlet supply pipeline and outlet oil discharge pipeline are clean and properly arranged.
3. Problems have been discovered when liquid-formed sealing gaskets and sealing strips are used at the turbocharger lubricating oil inlet and outlet. That is, when the joint is tightened, the sealing gasket and sealing strip are squeezed into the oil passage of the lubricating oil due to extrusion. When this material enters the lubricating oil inlet, the flow of lubricating oil to one or more bearings will be blocked or cut off. The flow and pressure of the lubricating oil will force this material into the bearing, causing abnormal wear of the bearing. At the lubricating oil outlet of the intermediate shell, the increase in sediment is enough to cause throttling of the lubricating oil at the outlet.
4. When pre-lubricating the turbocharger, be careful not to let the lubricating oil immerse the supercharger.
5. Remove air from open lube oil supply lines. Remove the lubricating oil drain pipe from the turbocharger. At this time, turn the crankshaft without starting the engine until the lubricating oil flows out of the intermediate case oil drain port. If the lubricating oil continuously flows out of the oil drain pipe, it indicates that the air bubbles have been discharged from the lubricating oil system. Use a funnel to pour the oil back into the drain pipe.
6． Make sure the lubricant is clean and at the level required for proper operation. If possible, the oil filter should be filled with clean oil to reduce the time required to start the engine
